Our existing plant is fully equipped with all equipments, machines and a laboratory for a complete end-to-end production of rolls and other related casting products. This ensure specialization and tight control of processes within the desired quality level. Nevertheless, to be abreast of industrial requirement, we continue to invest in our plant to fulfill a requirement of higher capacity and productivity, better efficiency hence transverse into better pricing. This ensures consistency and commitment of continuous quality improvement to our customers.
We currently have a capacity to produce 4,500MT of products per annum. To increase the capacity to cope with the increase in demand, we are now upgrading part of our facilities to cater for the increase in production demand on annual capacity to 6,000MT and subsequently to 8,000MT by the end of 2006.
Foundry:
A foundry shop complete with sand blending, molding, melting, casting and heat-treatment facilities
Machining Shop:
Machining shop complete with various machines for boring, grinding, wobbling, lathe, drilling etc. comprising of conventional type, NC and CNC machines
Laboratory:
A complete laboratory for analysis and testing such as sand properties, chemical composition, Carbon and Sulfur content, various Non-destructive and Mechanical Tests. We often provide our laboratory services to rolling mills customers.
